Trojan Records has to released “Young, Gifted and Black: The Downloads”, one of the most comprehensive reggae hits packages ever assembled. This collection is the first digital only release for Trojan Records and will be available for download across the web this summer.
Between 1968 and 1975, Reggae dominated the British Charts – and all of the key tracks of those times are featured on the collection. In the lead up to this year’s Notting Hill Carnival, immerse yourself in arguably the most distinctive and genuine music culture still alive today.
With re-mastered sound quality and featuring classics such as “Wonderful World, Beautiful People” by Jimmy Cliff, and “Sun Is Shining” by Bob Marley and The Wailers, this is the Summer’s must-have reggae collection.
