The first single from the Canadians’ second album STILL NOT GETTING ANY… is the parent-baiting SHUT UP, a spiky, catchy pop punk anthem tailor made for blaring out of sullen teenagers’ bedrooms at full volume across the land.
What it lacks in subtlety it more than makes up in energy, plus there’s an acoustic version of album track WELCOME TO MY LIFE as a B-side, so Junior can give Mum and Dad’s ears a rest / lull them into a false sense of security.
