Single number three from the recently re-released ace album WHEN DO WE START FIGHTING finds Seafood starting to hit their stride. After a seemingly endless string of incendiary live performances, the band are about to tour America and deserve to have their profile raised by attention-grabbing singles like this.
Seafood devotees will know the song by now – a tumble of drums and guitar that somehow takes the form of a hook-laden tune, while David Line pushes his voice up against the loose riffs and drummer Caroline Banks delivers her hair-raising backing vocals.
The song is backed by the mellow, acoustic BLUE BOLT and the riotous, distortion-drenched ALL SLEPT. All bases pretty much covered, then.
