It was only really a matter of time before Moloko’s charismatic frontwoman produced a solo effort of her own. The album RUBY BLUE was released in June (after bizarrely being released in its entirety across three limited edition EPs beforehand) and now IF WE’RE IN LOVE gets a single release.
It’s a fairly understated slice of electro-funk, catchy but not a million miles from the music Ms Murphy produces for her day job.
