A cover of the Curtis Mayfield penned track that was originally recorded by The Staples Singers, Lynden David Hall does the track a lot of just without desecrating it. Hall has included the song in his live set for a while now, as it was included on his second album THE OTHER SIDE as a duet with Hinda Hicks.
This version is Hall by himself but if you want to hear the duet, check out the various single formats, which also includes a club mix and a new track entitled KIND OF SUNSHINE.
This deserves to be huge.
