EURO LOUNGE is the follow up to Putumayo’s WORLD LOUNGE album, featuring artists from France, Italy, Spain and Eastern Europe in a fusion of laidback beats and lush grooves.
Beginning with Theivery Corporation’s sleek UN SIMPLE HISTOIRE, the album moves through 12 tracks of Latin-infused electronica, taking in mambo rhythms, arabesque flourishes and reggae along the way.
The end result is as much a showcase for the ethnic richness and diversity of modern Europe as it is a seemless blend of jazzy musical styles.
