Single Review by Mark Bayross
The gallic combination of producer Sussex House and singer Cherie Amore has been causing a stir on both sides of the Atlantic – in the Californian clubs where this record originated, and in the UK where Pete Tong, Judge Jules and Kiss FM’s Bobby & Steve are among the track’s patrons.
It’s a routinely euphoric slab of booty-shaking house, with Cherie Amore’s diva performance backed by a funky beat and retro-disco bass. It’s bound to fill the floors of clubs across Europe just as it has on the West Coast.
The ‘Club Vocal Mix’ is more of the same, but slightly beat-heavier, with an intriguing drum section near the end, while the ‘Pussy 2000 Bootleg Remix’ gives Cherie Amore’s vocals the extended trance treatment.
One for the clubs, really.
