Any Blondie fan will appreciate this collection of videos – 18 tracks in total. This is a band that really did make an impact on music and break new ground and were the most commercially successful act of the Punk / New Wave era. Deborah Harry also came back as a solo artist but never with such success as with Blondie.
This DVD brings together some great titles but it’s not perfect as it’s most noticeably missing SUNDAY GIRL and CALL ME, the latter most probably because it was used in the Richard Gere movie soundtrack AMERICAN GIGOLO and the video no doubt contains footage from the film.
Even without these tracks this is still a worthwhile DVD release to either remember or get to know a great band.
