VALENTINE - MARLEY SHELTON


MARLEY SHELTON (Kate) first came to attention opposite Tobey Maguire in the critically acclaimed PLEASANTVILLE. Most recently, she was seen opposite Chris O'Donnell and Renee Zellweger in the romantic comedy THE BACHELOR; and opposite Drew Barrymore and David Arquette in the feature NEVER BEEN KISSED. Shelton will next be seen starring opposite Mena Suvari, Marla Sokoloff and James Marsden in SUGAR AND SPICE for director Francine McDougal, due out in January.

She recently completed production on the summer comedy THE BUBBLE BOY, directed by Blair Hayes, in which she stars opposite Jake Glyllenhaal, and she completed the romantic comedy STILL A KISS, directed by Fisher Stevens and starring opposite screenwriter/actor Patrick Breen and Marisa Tomei.

Born and raised in Los Angeles, Shelton attended UCLA and made her feature debut in GRAND CANYON. Her additional film credits include THE SANDLOT and the role of Trisha Nixon in NIXON. In 1998, Shelton co-produced and starred in a short film entitled PROTECT-O-MAN directed by her father Christopher Shelton.
