The opener of the Pernice Brothers’ third and latest album YOURS, MINE & OURS, is three typically upbeat minutes of bittersweet jangly pop.
It kicks off sounding reminiscent of LOVE WILL TEAR US APART, but as soon as the high pitched vocals start up and the dreamy backing kicks in, it is clear that The Pernice Brothers are staking their claim as the new Smiths.
